- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition of Items:
- Products cannot be returned if they show signs of pet slime, hair, or other traces.
- Items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
- All original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact and attached to the item.
- Products must not be washed, worn, or used.
Specific Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Consumable items such as food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Shipping Costs:
- The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery or defective product.
- In the case of an incorrect delivery or defective product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
